All Custom Retrofit Sales are Final! 
  • All Sales are Final
  • No Refunds on Custom Products
  • 20% restocking fee if you back out, decide to change your mind, or you take over 2 weeks to pay off remaining balance
  • Returns are ONLY to be refunded to the ORIGINAL payment method that was used. 

Package Insurance: 

  • All packages are shipped with a standard ups ground shipping service
  • All packages are insured to the total item value 
  • Customer is in charge of paying for different shipping services lf they would like. 
  • All packages are fully inspected before being shipped out, bubble wrapped, and fragile stickers applied. 
  • Customs Fees are Responsible by the clients
  • Items sent back to us will be returned using a prepaid label, reimbursement will not be given if using a different shipping service or option
  • Customs Fees vary from variables such as weight, destination, item price, insurance etc…and will need to be paid to the delivery agency before shipment delivery 
  • If a package / product is lost, we will open a shipping claim and will take 5-7 days to process and review. In that circumstance they will email us with the verdict whether they found the lost package or they will reimburse us and we will refund you. 
  • All packages are insured to the total value paid.
