Refund Policy

• All Sales are Final
• No Refunds on Custom Products
• 40% restocking fee if you back out or decide to change your mind 
• Returns are ONLY to be refunded to the ORIGINAL payment method that was used. 

Package Insurance: 

• All packages are shipped with a standard ups ground shipping service
• They all come with $100 insurance with the service
• Customer is in charge of paying for different shipping services if they would like the whole cost of a fully insured product. 
• All packages are fully inspected before being shipped out, bubble wrapped, and fragile stickers applied. 
• Customs Fees are Responsible by the clients
• Items sent back to us will be returned using a prepaid label, reimbursement will not be given if using a different shipping service or option
• Customs Fees vary from variables such as weight, destination, item price, insurance etc…and will need to be paid to the delivery agency before shipment delivery
