No Refunds on Custom Products
- No Refunds on Installed Products
- The products we sell are either listed as brand new or used oem. When purchasing a listing with oem products, expect normal use and wear.
- If you are sending us headlights / tails to be modified, make sure to include insurance on them. We are not liable for any damages done during shipping.

To get the best results, we recommend having this product installed by a professional. We’re not responsible for any damage or problems caused by incorrect installation
Package Insurance:
- All packages have full insurance in the case of damages or loss.
- Customer is in charge of paying for different shipping services lf they would like.
- All packages are fully inspected before being shipped out, bubble wrapped, and fragile stickers applied.
- Customs Fees are Responsible by the clients
- Shipping to Hawaii/ Puerto Rico will be quoted once the setup is done
- Items sent back to us will be returned using a prepaid label, reimbursement will not be given if using a different shipping service or option
- Customs Fees vary from variables such as weight, destination, item price, insurance etc…and will need to be paid to the delivery agency before shipment delivery
- If a package / product is lost, we will open a shipping claim and will take 5-7 days to process and review. In that circumstance they will email us with the verdict whether they found the lost package or they will reimburse us and we will refund you.
- All packages are insured to the total value paid.
