Refund Policy

All sales are final. Each product is custom-made to order based on the customer’s specifications and is therefore not eligible for refunds or returns.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist in facilitating the resale of the item, when possible.

Products are listed as either brand new or used OEM. When purchasing used OEM items, normal wear consistent with prior use should be expected.
- All orders are final once placed and cannot be canceled or modified. Due to the custom nature of our products, parts are ordered and scheduled for modification the same day or the next business day. Please review your order carefully and ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
Customer-Supplied Products

Customers sending in headlights or taillights for modification must include shipping insurance.

We are not responsible for loss or damage incurred during shipping to our facility.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure items are securely packaged prior to shipment.
Installation Disclaimer

Professional installation is strongly recommended for all products.

We are not responsible for damage, malfunctions, or performance issues caused by improper or incorrect installation.
📦 Package Insurance & Shipping Information

All outbound packages are fully insured for the total value paid, in the event of loss or damage.

Customers are responsible for upgrading shipping services if expedited or alternative options are desired.

All packages are fully inspected, securely bubble-wrapped, and labeled with fragile handling stickers prior to shipment.

Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the delivery carrier prior to release.

Shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, VI / Caribbeanwill be quoted separately once the order is finalized.
Returns & Shipping Labels

Once a refund / reimbursement option has been offered as a solution for any faulty product, the product must be returned within 2–3 weeks from that date in order to remain eligible for reimbursement.

Reimbursement will not be issued for products that are not returned within the timeframe outlined in this policy.
- Reimbursement will not be issued if package arrives in a different condition then what was shown/discussed.
- We can provide shipping labels if necessary for your shipment
Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost, we will initiate a shipping claim with the carrier.

Claims typically require 5–7 business days for review.

Once the carrier provides a determination, we will either:

Proceed with a replacement, or

Issue a refund if reimbursement is received from the carrier
