🛡️ Warranty Policy

Builder Error Warranty

  • 30-day warranty on issues caused by builder error, including:

    • Sealing

    • Paint work

    • Wiring

Manufacturer & Component Warranty

  • 2-year manufacturer warranty on RGB components

  • Some parts, such as LED headlights, may have their own manufacturer warranty.

    • If a part does not include manufacturer coverage, the customer will be charged for the replacement part.

    • All custom work already completed will be re-applied at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. Each product is custom-made to order based on the customer’s specifications and is therefore not eligible for refunds or returns.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist in facilitating the resale of the item, when possible.

  • Products are listed as either brand new or used OEM. When purchasing used OEM items, normal wear consistent with prior use should be expected.

Shipping & Rework

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items for warranty rework.

  • Return shipping to the customer is covered by us.

Warranty Limitations

  • Second-hand purchases void all warranties.

  • Tampering with any product voids the warranty.

  • Only authorized personnel from Hybrid Retrofits may modify products.

Damages in Transit / Faulty Product 

  • If a product arrives damaged due to shipping, we will file a shipping claim and repair or replace the product based on the damage.

  • Damages must be reported within 1 week of delivery to qualify for repair or replacement.

  • If a refund / reimbursement option has been offered as a solution for any faulty product, the product must be returned within 2–3 weeks from that date in order to remain eligible for reimbursement. 
  • Reimbursement will not be issued for products that are not returned within the timeframe outlined in this policy. 
  • Reimbursement will not be issued if package arrives in a different condition then what was shown/discussed.

Installation Disclaimer

  • Professional installation is strongly recommended.

  • We are not responsible for damage, malfunctions, or issues caused by incorrect installation.

  • All parts are Tested and working properly before shipment
