• 30 Day Warranty on Builder Error
• 2 year Manufacturer Warranty on RGB 
• Some parts also have Manufacturers Warranty 
• Customer is in charge of shipping cost to be reworked on
• Return Shipping to the customer is covered by us
• Second Hand Purchases void any warranty
• Tampering with any product voids the Warranty
• Only Authorized Personnel from Hybrid Retrofits allowed to modify products 
• if items come damaged from shipping, we will repair or make a new one based on the damages 
• No refunds on installed products
