Shipping policy

📦 Package Insurance & Shipping Information

  • All outbound packages are fully insured for the total value paid, in the event of loss or damage.

  • We ship our products using UPS Ground on Mondays and Fridays. 
  • Customers are responsible for upgrading shipping services if expedited or alternative options are desired.

  • All packages are fully inspected, securely bubble-wrapped, and labeled with fragile handling stickers prior to shipment.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the delivery carrier prior to release.

  • Shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, VI / Caribbeanwill be quoted separately once the order is finalized.

Returns & Shipping Labels

  • Once a refund / reimbursement option has been offered as a solution for any faulty product, the product must be returned within 2–3 weeks from that date in order to remain eligible for reimbursement.

  • Reimbursement will not be issued for products that are not returned within the timeframe outlined in this policy.

  • Reimbursement will not be issued if package arrives in a different condition then what was shown/discussed.
  • We can provide shipping labels if necessary for your shipment

Lost Packages

  • If a package is confirmed lost, we will initiate a shipping claim with the carrier.

  • Claims typically require 5–7 business daysfor review.

  • Once the carrier provides a determination, we will either:

    • Proceed with a replacement, or

    • Issue a refund if reimbursement is received from the carrier
